Ellen-Epstein-Straße, Berlin (2010)
1.000 postcards (to be found at a variety of postcard stands throughout Berlin)

"Ellen-Epstein-Straße is a newly built street designed to alleviate increasing automobile traffic conditions between Berlin Tegel Airport and the easterly situated neighborhoods of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. This recent addition to Berlin is mainly used by taxis and light industrial vehicles and was co-financed with help from the European Union. Ellen Epstein was a pianist born in 1898. In 1942 she was deported from the former Moabit neighborhood Güterbahnhof Putlitzstraße and died in Riga, Latvia." .
